Deputy General Manager

Responsibilities:

 Effectively lead and motivate the team to achieve their goals and objectives;
 Develop systems, policies and procedures that embody the culture of the organisation;
 Supervision over Sales activities;
 Supervision over Production/Purchasing activities;
 Supervision over SMM activities (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin);
 Supervision over Product management (maintaining product book, products certificates, etc);
 Corporate customers service (contracting, invoicing, handling requests/issues);
 Manage relationships with vendors, service providers;
 Other tasks delegated by upper management.

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills;
• Strong organizational and management skills;
• Exceptional writing in English and in Azerbaijani;
• Understanding of various marketing tools and social media;
• Energetic, positive and proactive attitude;
• Competency in Word, PowerPoint;
• Basics of Excel;
• Accuracy and attention to details;
• Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks;
• A self-motivated, highly driven and entrepreneurial personality;

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor or master’s degree in a business-related field;
• A prior experience of at least 3 years in similar field and in managing teams of 5-10 employees;

Salary: 1000-1500 AZN starting
Age range: 28-40
Work time: Monday-Friday, 9:00-18:00
