Gilan Agricultural Group is looking for an experienced Deputy Director for Greenhouse LLC.

Responsibilities:

• Organizing annual budget of the company and identification of the action plan and development of the management system;
• Quality assurance of the production and implementation of action plans;
• Regular control the execution of job duties by the employees and their performance level;
• Preparing procurement plan including raw material supply for continuous production;
• Control and support the management to achieve corporative goals;
• Monitor implementation of business processes;
• Recommend to improve existing business processes;
• Recommend to expand sales chanells of the company.

Requirements:

• Higher education for economic, business administration and management;
• 5 years experience in business administration;
• Russian or English would be an advantage;
• Analytical and problem solving skills;
• Leadership, initiative, honesty, accuracy, punctuality, social and reliable ;
• Advanced computer skills ;
