PSG Ltd Azerbaijan is searching for Procurement and Logistics Assistant to join our team, which has experience in both fields and can follow and proceed documentation for our project.
Our need is for someone who have experience as ”procurement and logistics” assistant/senior/etc or separate experience in procurement and logistics.
Responsibilities:
- Assesses total costs of company purchases
- Develops and implements strategies for procuring, storing, and distributing goods or services and maintaining stock levels
- Ensuring the integrity of documentation needed for transportation process and customs clearance
- Database processing
- Prepare delivery Notes, Receipts, Shipping Documents, etc for international shipping
- Supervision of documentation process (procurement and logistics)
- Prepare reports and other statistic docs for management (presentations, status tables, etc)
- Prepares daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required
- Review procurement documents (suppliers purchase orders, act of acceptance, etc).
- Review and controls shipping documents (shipping invoice, PL, etc)
- Follow documentation process and record necessary data
Required skills of a candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement and 1 year in logitics field
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Talent in negotiations & networking
- Good knowledge of computer (Outlook, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Good command of Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages
- Experience in organization of various transportation means (air,sea,truck,container)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, logistic documentation process, procurement documentation, purchasing, etc.
