Position: Marketing Operations Analyst
 
Salary: 650-750 AZN
 
QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-2 years work experience in marketing
• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent English knowledge in speaking, writing and reading,
• Fluency in oral and written communications,
• Work systematically, quick, analytical and disciplined,
• Excellent using of MS office programs,

Responsibilities:

• Recommend, prioritize and acquire key data points from primary or secondary data sources
• Profile customers to identify needs/wants/behaviors in key or new market segments
• Create competitive analysis
• Design comprehensive data reports and presentations to assist business managers and executives in making good business decisions
• Carryout statistical analysis of all business data from the company
• Identify detailed churn reasons and action plans monthly and as-needed.
• Interpret churn results from statistical data to develop and inform overall strategic development.
• Interpret data and trends, analyze results and predict future behaviors
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
• Analyze business procedures and recommend specific types of data that can be used to improve upon them
• Able to write survey questions, interpret response data, and create reports or presentation of results
• Support marketing team to define strategy for new and current services
• Assist CMO and Product marketing manager to support client events, mail & email campaigns, paid search, and digital and print advertising for marketing campaigns and strategic projects
