Vacancy: Visual Merchandiser 

You'll be responsible for the creative vision throughout the store and for creating and organizing engaging displays that showcase our style offerings. Your visionary ideas and love for great design will serve as inspiration to our customers.

Competencies and Qualifications Desired:

• Have a high school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)
• Must have creative flair and imagination, talent for design, colour and style, be able to use large and small spaces effectively
• Ability to identify potential visual merchandising opportunities and provide creative solutions.
• Be knowledgeable in all visual merchandising strategies and current trends to help sell product in the store and support company sales goals.
• Understand a company's target markets and know how to appeal to them
• Must possess strong sense of urgency, organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects and priorities.
• Must have good communication skills to present ideas to others
• Be self-motivated and practical

Responsibilities:

• Creating and arranging window displays
• Designing signage and interior displays
• Anticipating and maximizing customer interest, reaction, and expectations with visual displays
• Maximizing profitability with engaging signage and campaigns
• Developing strategies to highlight promotions, price changes, clearance, and holiday/seasonal needs
• Aligning company sales goals and messages with appealing design
• Arranging in advance new ideas and strategies for displays of new product launches
• Ensure timely installation and demonstrate the ability to properly install and remove trim/window presentations and store promotional events in a timely manner, including the ability to pack, unpack and prep all props.
