Position: Personal Assistant (male)
Salary: 400 AZN
Responsibilities:
- Organizing your manager’s/director’s diary and making appointments;
- Preparing contracts and other necessary documents;
- Arranging meetings;
- Collecting and delivering contracts;
- Translating technical files;
- Preparing excel tables;
- Meeting schedules;
- Planning and organizing events;
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor degree in not required
- Russian and Azerbaijan languages are mandatory , English is an advantage
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent computer and administration skills
- Result oriented, responsible, disciplined, able to meet deadlines
- Concrete, punctual, executive
- Valid driver’s license and personal car
Working schedule:
- Monday: Friday: 9 a.m. – 18.00 p.m.
- Saturday: 11.00 a.m. – 20.00 p.m.
