BORUSAN CAT CAUCASUS (AZERBAIJAN & GEORGIA)

POSITION: MARKETING SUPERVISOR

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• To define and implement marketing strategies aligned with Borusan CAT Caucasus Divisions targets.
• To prepare marketing budget in conjunction with marketing strategies.
• To plan marketing activities.
• To organize participation at the domestic exhibitions and trade fairs, inbound and outbound customer trips and seminars/trainings dedicated to internal and external purposes/needs.
• To coordinate and cooperate PR and advertising agencies in production of printed and digital audio-visual materials such as product brochures, promotion materials, video and CD/DVDs at demanded quantities consulting with Division Managers and Sales Team.
• To organize internal and external communication carrying out PR organization like publication of Borusan CAT Caucasus news in the printed and broadcasted media groups, establishing relations with media groups.
• To control Call Center implementation.
• To keep updated Borusan CAT Azerbaijan/Georgia websites and coordinating answering questions coming from website visitors.
• To audit and control Borusan CAT Caucasus and Suppliers’ corporate identity principles conformity in all activities.
• To organize promotion materials (corporate notebooks, calendars, gifts, etc.) for the upcoming year and to distribute them to the head office, branches and customers.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree (Marketing or a related field is preferable);
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience;
• Analytical thinking;
• Fluency in written and oral English, Russian and Azerbaijani. Fluent proficiency in Turkish is highly preferred;
• Strong computer skills are imperative. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools;
• Can work flexible hours when required (some travel is expected);
• Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills;
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. Expert in the internet and social media strategy with a demonstrated track record on Facebook, Twitter, and other social media outlets that are significant in company outreach;
• Good time management skills and planning and organizational skills;
• Excellent interpersonal, strong verbal and written communication skills (report writing and presentation skills);
• Excellent customer relation skills.
