JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a qualified Digital Project Manager experience in software engineering to join our team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital projects, including site launches, online tools, web applications and web platforms.

For this position, we expect you to be a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how technology can help us achieve our business goals. You should be methodical and have excellent time management skills. As a Digital project manager, you should also use your communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.

Ultimately, you should be able to manage and deliver our projects’ digital lifecycle within quality, time and budget requirements.

JOB DUTIES:

• Provide end-to-end project management
• Scope project requirements and prepare budget
• Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress
• Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects
• Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
• Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications
• Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
• Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
• Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects
• To be mid-level user of Microsoft Project Software
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills supporting a wide-range and depth of Web experience
• Experience working on diverse and complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• Ability to plan and develop a broad range of projects with benefit analysis and business valuation
• Proven ability to manage deadlines and execute at a prominent level
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to adapt, flex with circumstances, and embrace change
• Thrives in a complex, dynamic, fast-paced organization

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven work experience as a Digital project manager
• Hands-on experience with project management software, like MS Project and ASANA
• Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Communication and team management skills
• BSc in Computer Science or relevant IT-related discipline
• To keep a project logs
• Knowledge of and experience with content management systems for website development
• Strong commitment quality assurance standards
• Highly organized with good time management skills
• Customer service focus and strong interpersonal skills
• Analytical thinker with creative problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Agile development is highly recommended
• Experience in web development is a plus

CONDITIONS:

• Monday - Saturday 09: 00-18: 00 (13: 00-14: 00 lunch break);
• The salary will be determined on the basis of the qualifications of the applicant.
