Lex Global (www.lexglobal.az)  – a company specializing in Commercial Law is a looking for a candidate to fill a position of Lawyer at the company:

Reports to: Managing Partner

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and draft different kinds of contracts, including labor, sales, export-import and other types of contracts
• Deal with range of legal issues including liquidation of a representative office of foreign legal entity;
•  Advise on different aspects of Commercial Law, including Labor and Transportation
• Participate at litigation and present clients’ interests in courts
• Prepare analytical research papers on different matters of Commercial Law
• Provide for registration of legal entities and notarization of documents if required
• Assist Partner in other key matters of Law

Requirements to fill the position:

• Must have a legal degree from reputable Law School, Master degree is preferred
• Must have experience in the field of Commercial Law
• Must be fluent in Azerbaijani and English
• Some litigation experience is preferred

Asset

• Previous legal experience and knowledge on dealing with business- related and legal aspects of pharmaceutical companies.
