Lex Global – a law firm specializing in Commercial Law is looking for a candidate to fill a position of Legal Intern. 

The ideal candidate should:

• Have a legal degree from reputable Law School;
• Be fluent in English and Azerbaijani;
• Have strong desire to work in a law firm and grow his career;
• Be ambitious and detailed orientated;
• Have very good communication skills.
 
Job responsibilities of the candidate will include:

• Drafting contracts, agreements and other legal papers as it may arise in the process of the law firm’s work;
• Representing clients’ interests in courts;
• Preparation of law firm’s monthly newsletters together with other team members;
• Representing the law firm to third parties and keeping in touch professionally with existing and prospective clients;
• Developing and closely participating in growing client portfolio of the law firm.
