Lex Global – a law firm specializing in Commercial Law is looking for a candidate to fill a position of Lawyer. 

The ideal candidate should:

• Have a legal degree from reputable Law School, master degree is preferred;
• Have some experience working in the field of Business or Commercial Law;
• Have some litigation experience;
• Have a desire to lead law firm’s marketing and development work;
• Be fluent in English and Azerbaijani.
 
Some experience in PR and Marketing of the law firm is not required but desirable.

Job responsibilities of the candidate will include:

• Drafting contracts, agreements and other legal papers as it may be required in the process of work;
• Representing clients’ interests in courts;
• Preparation of law firm’s monthly newsletters together with other team members;
• Representing the law firm to third parties and keeping in touch professionally with existing and prospective clients.
