Job description:

The Training Expert has the following accountabilities and responsibilities:

• Development and adjustment of training modules for defined parts of the population (in English language)
• Development and adjustment of training modules for bank staff (loan officers/clerks/middle management) of partnering financial institutions (in English language)
• Consulting to partnering financial institutions within the framework of “Responsible Finance”
• Evaluation of training and consulting needs of partner institutions
• Review of translations
• Support on-the-job training to various counterparts
• Logistical preparation of training courses
• Conduct training courses for various counterparts (loan officers / middle management / etc.)
• Monthly analysis of developments, changes, challenges, outlook within the financial sector
• Establishment of contacts with new partner institutions in close cooperation with the Country Representative
• Ongoing advisory/consulting to existing trainers
• All other odd assignments as requested by the project management team

Technical Skills

• Computer literate: Windows XP: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
