The company now has more than 80 stores operating in fashion, jewelry and food & beverage spheres.

We are currently looking for an F&B Cost Controller.

The duties will include:

- Inserting products imported from domestic and overseas suppliers into a database based on the invoices
- Deleting “delete” issues and testings from the database based on the invoices
- Archiving  invoices, recipes, technological map and other documents
- Preparing new Stores in the program
- Registration of product transfers between Stores on database
- Support for the preparation of a technological maps of recipes for products to be served (for cooks, confectionery, baker, etc.)
- Organization of inspection of technological maps in production
- Inserting infromation about natural losses into the database
- Creating recipes in the database
- Calculation of the cost of the product to be produced and the transfer of the information to the related persons
- Include the information from the technological map into the recipes on database
- Giving access to the button on each recipe in the database and linking the menu to the button
- Collaborate with audit department, comparative analysis of the results of inspection, and inclusion of the final result into the database
- Analysis of remained goods and transfer of information to related persons
- Implementation of all tasks provided by the management on a timely and professional basis

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in mathematics or finance & accounting
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the F&B sector
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and PDF Converter
- Azerbaijani, Russian  fluently, English is preferable
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under time limit
- Business Communication skills
- Mathematical and analytical skills
- Logical thinking skills
- Should be quick learner
