Position: HR / Recruitment Specialist
About Company:
CCI Azerbaijan produces, distributes and sells sparkling and still beverages of The Coca-Cola company in Azerbaijan. Having first started in 1994, Coca-Cola bottling operations in Azerbaijan came under the roof of Coca-Cola İçecek in 2007.
CCI Azerbaijan serves a consumer base of 10 million with 1 plant and more than 300 employees in Azerbaijan. Its product portfolio comprises Bonaqua, Burn, Büyülü Bohça, Büyülü Kutu, Cappy, Coca-Cola, Coca-Cola light, Coca-Cola zero, CT, Doğadan, Fanta, Fuse Tea, Powerade, Sprite and Cappy Tempo.
The Responsibilities:
• Implementing the company’s talent acquisition program, creating talent pool by planning, coordinating and performing recruitment and selection activities to ensure the best candidates are selected for each role and the recruitment process is conducted efficiently, cost-effectively and in accordance with the defined policies and standards.
• Networking with potential candidates/clients using various social media platforms and etc.
• Advertising, interviewing, testing, ranking and selecting candidates
• Coordinating recruitment initiatives such as recruitment career fairs, university/college partnerships, summer student programs, Internships and etc.
The Requirements:
• University degree in Business, Management or related field
• Min. 2 years of experience in Recruitment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijani, English (min. Upper Intermediate)
• Team player, result-oriented with strong planning and organization skills
• Ability represent an international brand
• Analytical, creative and strategic-minded with good follow-up capacity
• Flexible to travel different locations in Azerbaijan
• Advanced User of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• SAP is preferred
