Position: Sales Development Supervisor, Region

Azerbaijan Coca-Cola Bottlers (CCI Azerbaijan), established in 1994 produces, distributes and sells sparkling and still beverages of The Coca-Cola Company in Azerbaijan.
CCI Azerbaijan operates one plant across Azerbaijan, employing more than 300 people that serve a population of 9 million people. CCI Azerbaijan’s portfolio comprises of Coca-Cola, Coca-Cola Zero, Fanta, Sprite, Bonaqua, Fuse Tea, Cappy, Cappy Tempo, Burn and Dogadan tea.
CCI Azerbaijan is a subsidiary of CCI, the fifth largest bottler in the Coca-Cola system in terms of sales volume. CCI employs more than 10,000 people and has a total of 25 plants in 10 countries across Turkey, Pakistan, Central Asia and the Middle East.
In addition to sparkling beverages, CCI’s offers a product portfolio including juices, waters, sports and energy drinks, teas and iced teas to a consumer base of 380 million people.
The Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Customer visit, acquisition and development, ensure product availability, forecast and achieve sales targets
• Responsible for placement/retrieval, monitoring, reporting and proper usage of company assets (Coolers, Racks and Signage etc.) in the market by managing and discussing customer/consumer complaints regarding Products/Coolers/Signage etc.
• Apply CCI standards in regions, check and control performance matching, also control CCI standards in distributors warehouse
• Monitor Key Business Indicators (KBIs) such as SFE metrics, analyze RED execution, cleanse and update Master Data in the system (BASIS, ISIS, Voyage)
• Monitor, report and manage competitors’ activities i.e. promotions, discounts etc.
• Initiate request for approvals (AR, case, glass, cooler, discount, signage etc.)
• Lead and develop team members, give on the job trainings
The Requirements:
• University degree in Management or related field
• At least a year of experience in related field (non-managerial)
• Command of spoken English and Russian (min. Intermediate Level)
• Driving License B Category
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Words and Power Point)
• Strong interpersonal, problem solving and decision making skills
