ATL Electronics – specializes in sales of electronics and encompasses the network of more than 60 dealers in Azerbaijan. In ATL Electronics, our objective is not only concerned with the sales of goods but rather create opportunity for our dealers to achieve rapid and sustainable growth by supporting them with trainings, setting appropriate pricing strategies and providing marketing assistance.

Today we are looking for a successful candidate to fill in the position of Procurement Specialist.

Role and Main responsibilities:

• Negotiate with supplier firms
• Purchase orders
• Documentation, delivery and tracking processes
• Maintain Client Relationships
• Assess Financial Performance of Products
• Negotiate Contracts
• Record Keeping

Required skills, qualifications and competences:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijan, Russian and English language
• Excellent working ability with Microsoft Excel and 1C  knowledge
• Analytical thinking
• Documentation, evaluation
• Ability to work under stress
• Good interpersonal skills and enjoys working as a team.
• Must possess good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume work load and maintain a positive and professional attitude
• Majority of work will be accomplished on a desktop computer

Required education and work experience:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 2 years’ experience
