ATL Electronics – specializes in sales of electronics and encompasses the network of more than 60 dealers in Azerbaijan. In ATL Electronics, our objective is not only concerned with the sales of goods but rather create opportunity for our dealers to achieve rapid and sustainable growth by supporting them with trainings, setting appropriate pricing strategies and providing marketing assistance.

Today we are looking for a successful candidate to fill in the position of Category Analyst Manager.

Role and Main responsibilities:

• Develop category reviews, prepare new item presentations, provide assortment and promotion analysis
• Develops assortment, retail pricing, promotion, shelving and product strategies, tactics and plans
• Actively supports and participates in retailer calls
• Proactively develop business growth opportunities from data analysis and present to Sales Team
• Works closely with sales and sales management to identify market opportunities.
• Maintain productive relationship with vendors
• Provides a total category presentation to set sales tolerances, adjacencies and price flow
• Assists define roles for each subcategory of electronic home appliance and/or kitchen appliance and further assisting them to develop strategies to achieve goals.
• Take charge of ordering, pricing and in store organization of products (visual merchandising)
• Build a working knowledge of the products, consumer needs, sales goals and competing retail environment
• Conduct market and risk analysis to drive category strategies
• Conduct monthly price surveys

Required skills, qualifications and competences:

• Create Excel reports and analysis utilizing syndicated sales data
• The ability to analyze and make key decisions to support category operations based on key data.
• Proactively monitor category data to provide growth opportunities to sales, marketing and to the trade
• Report achievement progress weekly and budgets monthly
• Ensure all information is correctly defined and presented, to best practice, to deliver distribution objectives

Required education and work experience:

• Minimum High school on Bachelor's degree
• Skills on Communication, Problem Solving
• A degree in business, management, sales or marketing
• Excellent working ability with Microsoft Excel
• Basic  1C  knowledge
• Minimum 3 years’ experience, preferably experience with home and kitchen appliance  (at least 1 year in the field of category manager)
• Written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijan, Russian and English language
