Position: SAP FI/CO Specialist
Overall description of role:
SAP FI/CO specialist is responsible for support of business processes in the following areas: finance and accounting (FI) and management accounting (CO). SAP FI/CO will participate in project team activities: testing, end-user trainings and etc.
Main Responsibilities:
• Transfer knowledge and know-how on best fitting business practices in finance, accounting and tax accounting, management accounting, budget control to business process owners, team leaders and project team members of Nobel Oil;
• Take active part in change management activities related to changes in organizational structure/business processes in finance, accounting and tax accounting, management accounting, budget control areas;
• Participate together with relevant business process owners and team members in testing of SAP system(s), including unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing;
• Participate together with relevant team members on data migration activities, work with business process owners to ensure quality of data to be migrated to SAP system(s);
• Participate together with relevant team members in end-user trainings;
• Support project team in manuals preparation activities;
• Support production system together with key-users.
Essential Criteria and Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience in implementation of SAP system(s), transformation of business processes in the following areas:
o Finance and accounting, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, asset management, payments, bank accounts and petty cash, financial reporting;
o Management accounting, including cost center accounting, planning and accounting of costs in projects, profitability analysis;
o Budget control processes;
o Processing of payroll in financial accounting, management accounting;
o Tax accounting;
o Project Systems
• Experience in supporting of SAP systems in FI/CO area acting as 2nd line of support,
• University degree,
• Fluency in English, Russian,
• Excellent negotiation skills.
