Position: SAP Human Capital Management Specialist
Overall description of role:
Support of SAP HCM and payroll. SAP HCM will participate in project team activities: testing, end-user trainings and etc.
Main Responsibilities:
• Development of technical specifications for new functionalities, reports and print forms in SAP HCM and Payroll.
• Maintenance of current functionalities, developments, reports and print-forms in SAP HCM and Payroll systems.
• Maintenance of end-users of SAP systems.
• Development and maintenance of project documentation according to NBO ITC policies.
Essential Criteria and Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of experience in implementation of SAP system(s), transformation of business processes in the following areas:
o Organizational Management,
o Personal Administration, including maintains of key groupings, customization and actions;
o Payroll and Time evaluation, including schema customizing for payroll and time evaluation driver, tax and average calculation,
o Posting to finance system including accounts customizing, integration with FI and ALE connection,
o SAP Query support (creation and development),
o Performance Management including templates and process flow maintains,
o Roles and authorizations in HCM,
o ABAP – debugging skills as advantage,
o ABAP – programming skills as advantage,
• Experience in supporting of SAP systems in HCM area acting as 2nd line of support,
• University degree,
• Fluency in English, Russian,
• Excellent negotiation skills.
