Strategy and Investment Specialist
Main responsibilities:
• Research new markets, sectors, ventures and acquisitions in the area of Drilling, Well Services and others as directed. Support the origination, screening, and execution of selected deals;
• Support the Strategy and New Ventures Department via various daily contacts and actions with partners, consultants, other internal departments;
• Doing market research for investment opportunities.
• Support management by giving them relevant advices which are based on analysis
• Help the department to develop deal and financial structures in coordination with Finance Department, clients, partners and collaborators;
• Maintain confidentiality of the corporate data and all company’s related passwords;
• Undertake responsibility to comply with all the Occupation Health, Safety and Sanitation requirements applied within the company;
• Additional tasks as requested.
Essential criteria & qualifications:
• 2-3 years of relevant experience;
• University degree;
• Fluency in English, Azerbaijani and Russian.
• Excellent negotiation skills;
• Leadership and team management skills.
