Head of Livestock Division (production of milk and meat (big cattle and small cattle))
Duties:
• Formation of tactics and participation in the development of strategic plans of the Division;
• Implementation of advanced production techniques and identifying promising areas of development;
• Creation of project schedule, financial models and business plans;
• Organization of the smooth functioning of the production (dairy farms, poultry farms, farms for fattening big cattle and small cattle.
• Integrated management of enterprises: financial planning, accounting, sales, quality control, logistics;
• Monitoring the development, organization and implementation of measures aimed at the improvement of yield, quality, production volumes, improving the organization of production, labor productivity growth, increasing profitability;
• Search for and supply of new modern technologies and efficient methods of production, processing and sale of animal products;
• Budgeting, analysis and planning of economic activity, cost optimization;
• Control over the timely receipt of funds, reporting to the Board of the Founders;
• Coordination of staff, monitoring of compliance with company regulations.
Requirements:
• Higher education;
• Age – 35-50;
• A professional in the field of livestock management (cattle and small cattle farms, poultry farms, etc.). Experience of 5 years;
• Knowledge of animal product markets of the Azerbaijan Republic (milk, fresh and frozen meat, poultry, commodity egg, hatching eggs).
• Knowledge of the methods of the feasibility and the current production planning;
• Decent knowledge of the technological basis of production on dairy farms, poultry farms, feed-lots, veterinary medicine and zootechnics;
• Knowledge of the technical requirements for the production, cultivation and storage technology, security requirements;
• Knowledge of production equipment and the rules of its technical operation;
• Confident PC user, knowledge of modern methods of enterprise management (ERP-system);
• Willingness to travel.
• Knowledge of English and Russian is necessary;
