POSITION: CONDITION MONITORING ANALYST

POSITION SUMMARY

Analyzes condition monitoring data (e.g. SOS, inspections, electronic data, site conditions, equipment history) and provides relevant recommendations for the customer as indicated by the data.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze condition monitoring data gathered from:
 SOS Fluid Samples
 Machine Inspections
 Electronic data from Product Link and ECM.
 Site conditions
 Equipment repair history
• Provide equipment and or operation recommendations to customer facing Dealer representatives derived from condition monitoring data.
• Provide emergency recommendations directly to the customer.
• Build collaborative relationships with other condition monitoring personnel (e.g. SOS interpreter) and customer facing Dealer representatives (e.g. PSSR, MSR, ISR EMC).
• Use software tools (e.g. Microsoft Office products) to analyze condition monitoring data.
• Use Dealer business system to extract customer and equipment repair history.
• Provide information for condition monitoring lead tracking and resolution.
• Prepare written reports and recommendations as required by the Dealership.
• Communicate verbal recommendations as required by the Dealership.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate degree; or at least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Collaborative worker and teambuilding ability.
• Positive "can do" attitude with a passion for customer service.
• Confident, assertive self-starter who is extremely organized and goal driven.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Meets productivity standards; completes work in timely manner; strives to increase productivity; works quickly.
• Determines appropriate action beyond guidelines;
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Fluency in written and oral Azerbaijani, English and Russian. Fluent proficiency in Turkish highly preferred.
• Ability to travel on occasion.
• Additional Business training will be considered as an asset.
