Business Development Manager

Required

● Excellent consultation and communication skills (both written and verbal in English/Azerbaijani)
● Interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels and from a range of backgrounds.
● Be a creative thinker, ready to contribute innovative ideas and work on them independently.
● Ability to research unfamiliar topics within a short time frame and learn quickly.
● Excellent time management skills, including the capacity to arrange workload to meet conflicting priorities and deadlines.
● Be self-starter and work with minimum supervision

Role description & responsibilities

● Preparation of sophisticated, highly detailed business plans for new projects
● Develop goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity
● Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals
● Develop and deliver sales presentations to key clients and prospects
● Represent Company at trade shows, professional meetings, and industry forums
● Develop new contacts when there are none available
● Ensure that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g. people, material, equipment etc.)
● Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications & Experience

● BSc/Ba in Business Management or relevant field
● Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
● 1-3 years’ experience as Business Development Analyst
● Higher Education in economics, accounting, business, commerce or related areas would be highly desirable to substantiate technical skills and capabilities required for this role
● Proven communication and presentation skills, and ability to communicate complex information and influence stakeholders

Highly desired but not essential

● A degree qualification (preferably MBA) from an overseas university
● Oral and written communication skills in Russian and Turkish
