Required

● Excellent consultation and communication skills (both written and verbal in English/Azerbaijani)
● Interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels and from a range of backgrounds.
● Ability to prepare ad hoc reports for financial decision making
● Ability to research unfamiliar topics within a short time frame and learn quickly.
● Excellent time management skills, including the capacity to arrange workload to meet conflicting priorities and deadlines.
● Be self-starter and work with minimum supervision

Role description & responsibilities

● Preparation/analysis of financial plans and detailed cost and resource estimation, feasibility tests for new project initiatives
● Prepare and manage cash flow feasibility models using Excel skills
● Make recommendations on project options based on your knowledge of various financial models
● Research and analyze the required financial/economic data inputs for all current and future projects for a particular overseas market
● Explore investment options and present risk and opportunities
● Oversee operations of the finance division, set goals and objectives, and design a framework or establish financial policies for these to be met.
● Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.

Qualifications & Experience

● BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
● Higher Education in economics, accounting, business, commerce or related areas would be highly desirable to substantiate technical skills and capabilities required for this role
● 1-3 years’ experience as Financial Analyst
● Up-to-date knowledge with accounting laws and regulations
● Detail-oriented and highly-organized person
● Proven communication and presentation skills, and ability to communicate complex information and influence stakeholders

Highly desired but not essential

● A degree qualification from overseas university
● CFA/ACCA/CIMA or other related international certificates
● Oral and written communication skills Russian and Turkish
● Ability to work with Macros in Excel
