Receptionist (Temporary)

Role and Main responsibilities:

• To greet, register and redirect company visitors in polite and proper manner
• To answer and  redirect all incoming phone calls and take notes  if required
• To redirect customer complaints to relevant Departments if needed
• To manage fax and e-mail correspondence
• To provide contractors with entry access and control their status
• To coordinate distribution of incoming documents
• To manage office equipment
• To coordinate  and archive documents
• To prepare relevant reports 

Required skills, qualifications and competencies:

• Problem solving skills
• Decision making skills
• Ability to perform multitask and work under pressure
• Communicative, polite, patient and supportive
• Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages
• Ms. Office programmes

Required education and work experience:

• University Degree
• At least 1 year of work experience  in Administrative sphere
