Dinamo Hotel Baku due to open end of 2017 is seeking young, energetic Sommelier.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Identify and purchase wines for the hotel.
 Recommend and serve wine to guests.
 Be familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within a particular field.
 Work with the kitchen staff to develop food and wine pairings.
 Monitor the conditions of the wine cellar ensuring optimal storage.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 1-2 years of fine dining wine service.
 Fluent Azeri, English and Russian languages.
 Strong knowledge of wine and spirits and the ability to train staff in all areas.
 Ability to interact with all associates and guests of the hotel.
