Procurement Specialist

Requirements:

• A University degree in a relevant field required (such as finance or business administration);
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Good knowledge of the market and companies.
• Must be familiar with International Procurement rules and regulations, and compliance requirements;
• Sound knowledge of compliance principles;
• Extensive experience organizing, executing and documenting a large volume of competitive procurement actions for both goods and services;
• Demonstrated honesty, trustworthiness, initiative and self-motivation in handling all assigned tasks;
• Must have Azerbaijani and English language proficiency, verbal and written.

Responsibilities:

• Lead efforts to competitively procure all goods and services for the Logistics Center;
• Provide oversight of the procurement process to ensure compliance, cost reasonableness, sufficient internal controls, and timely reporting;
• In collaboration with the Functional Managers arrange designing of technical activities in support of the technical workplan;
• Develop and process bid documentation (such as PQQ, RFPs, RFQ), including scopes of work, specifications, and evaluation criteria in accordance to Specified guidelines;

Salary: 1500 AZN Net
