Training and development business is experiencing rapid growth within the local business environment and we expect the same for us. In order to respond to the changing demands of the market we are expanding our team.

ABOUT THE CANDIDATE

We are looking for a young and passionate team member committed to achieve the corporate objectives. The candidate should have higher education with specialization in the related field or an MBA degree. The person should have a minimum of three years of working experience in service business with strong communication and analytical skills and ability to manage and supervise team members. Fluent in English and Azerbaijani Language. Russian Language will be considered as added advantage.
We operate in a dynamic business environment; therefore, the person should be a fast learner, self-starter with a flexible and easy to adapt personality. Networking and relationship building is necessary for this position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

️ Manage the team and develop sales.
️ Set the sales targets and monitor the progress of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
️ Prepare the marketing and sales plan for the company’s training business.
️ Implement the company’s marketing and sales budgets.
️ Work on brand value enhancements.
️ Communicate and develop relationships with our existing and new foreign partners.
️ Perform other duties related the business development and PR.

COMPENSATION:

A very reasonable salary (entirely depend on candidates past experience and potential) plus sales bonus.
