KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

We are looking for Key Account Managers to be employed in Baku to lead particular business plans in Key Account channel.

The incumbent of the positions will:

• Build, manage and improve business partnership with National Key Accounts
• Negotiate and achieve agreements within the allocated budget. Making field visits throughout the year to ensure implementation of the agreement terms
• Ensure the availability of The Team products through effective order management to avoid out of stock
• Understand & analyze customer work flows and bringing new perspectives to improve efficiency &  effectiveness of the processes
• Play a consultant role to the regions for the management of local chains effectively and efficiently in line with the company strategies

Candidates should have:

• University degree from a reputable university
• 5 years of FMCG and/or Key Account Experience
• Fluency in both spoken and written English
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, high customer focus
• 3rd party management skills
• No restrictions to travel
• Good command of MS Office Applications
• Experience in marketing is an asset
• MBA degree is an asset
