Operations Manager

Gilan Agricultural Group is looking for an experienced Operations Manager for Agrokimya Azerbaijan LLC.

Duties:

• Good management & operational leadership skills
• Organizing annual budget of the company and identification of the action plan and development of the management system;
• Quality assurance of the production and implementation of action plans;
• Regular control the execution of job duties by the employees and their performance level;
• Preparing procurement requirements including raw material supply for continuous production;
• Control and support the management to achieve corporative goals;
• Monitor implementation of business processes;
• Recommend to improve existing business processes;
• Recommend to expand sales chanells of the company.
• Ensure that all workings are manufactured in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements
• İmprove operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being
• Contribute towards the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives
• Examine financial data/statements and use them to improve profitability

Requirements:

• Higher education in Chemistry, business administration and management;
• 5 years experience in business administration;
• Russian or English would be an advantage;
• Analytical and problem solving skills;
• Leadership, initiative, honesty, accuracy, punctuality, social and reliable ;
• Advanced computer skills
