Gilan Agricultural is looking to recruit an experienced Personal Assistant to CEO to join our highly professional team. The Personal Assistant is responsible for providing a comprehensive, confidential and professional support service to the CEO in all aspects concerned with the efficient and successful operation of the office and division.
Responsibilities
• Organizing your manager’s/director’s diary and making appointments.
• Dealing with letters and emails.
• Arranging meetings.
• Organizing and maintaining office systems.
• Taking notes at meetings.
• Making travel arrangements for manager/director.
• Looking after visitors.
• Standing in for the manager in their absence.
• Producing reports and presentations.
• Taking action points and writing minutes.
• Planning and organizing events.
Required Skills and Experience
• A recognized qualification in office skills or administration
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Very good command of English, Azeri and Russian.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
• The ability to use your own initiative.
• Tact and discretion, for dealing with confidential information.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications, including but not limited to PowerPoint and other graphics and/or presentation software;
