Finance Manager (Region)

Job Responsibilities:

 Prepare the Monthly Management and Annual IFRS Reports and manage the internal and external review for these documents;
 Monitor and ensure timely identification and compliance with evolving accounting guidance, provide IFRS interpretation and prepare technical memorandums that document issues in a clear, logical and comprehensive manner;
 Manage communications with external auditors on external financial statements and accounting issues to ensure auditor agreement with company decisions on accounting disclosures, and issues;
 Assist in the coordination of annual audit activities of external auditors;
 Implement and maintain reporting procedures to comply with internal control requirements; 
 Support month end and year end closing;
 Execute Financial Statement Analysis;
 Preparation of consolidations and cash flow statements;
 Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual operating information and consolidations;
 Monitor variances;
 Participate in other projects as required.

Experience we look for:

 University Degree preferably in Economics, Finance
 Proven experience as a Financial Manager more than 5 years
 Fluency in Azeri and English.
 A highly motivated individual with entrepreneurial approach
 Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
