Role synopsis
In order to support ongoing work in the region, PD&MS Group are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join the team based in Baku, Azerbaijan for a period of up to 9 months.
Candidates should have previous demonstrable experience in a similar role, have previous offshore recruitment experience and be prepared to work offshore, if necessary.
Preference will be given to citizens of Azerbaijan.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Construction Delivery Lead the successful candidate will be required undertake the following tasks:
• Working closely with our construction Delivery Lead to identify personnel
• Verifying competency of selected personnel
• Logging details in database
• Logistics support associated with mobilisation and demobilisation to 2 multi-trade teams
• Support to the HR / Migration Coordinator
• Potential offshore working
Candidates must be prepared to travel to Aberdeen for initial training if required.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
• HNC in a technical, business or administration subject or equivalent is preferred
• Educated to standard grade level or equivalent with a pass in English is mandatory
• Experience in a similar role is mandatory
• Competent in the use of Microsoft Applications is mandatory
• Experience in recruitment of trade personnel is mandatory
• BOSIET and offshore medical preferred
• Fluent spoken and written English
