Job title: Marketing Coordinator

Location: Baku, Azerbaijan

Job description

• Plan marketing and branding objectives
• Assistance in all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department
• Supporting in organizing conferences, seminars, various events, making bookings and overseeing the guest list
• Manage and update clients’ database
• Managing and developing relationships with local Press and Media, including broadcast opportunities. Manage company web-site and social media etc. (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)
• Working with other departments to create and implement web base
• Preparation and delivery of company brochures, advertisements and other marketing and promo materials
• Design proposals and brochures by brand
• Write and distribute company press releases and following up with target media
• Supporting in collection and delivery of tenders materials

Requirements:

• University Degree
• More than 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail combined with the ability to work quickly to meet deadlines
• Strong and effective communication skills
• Proficiency in using a variety of software applications, especially MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
• Eagerness to acquire new knowledge
• Attentive to details
