Chinar Hotel & SPA and Galaalti Hotel & Sanatorium operated by Synergy Group LLC are looking for experienced professional aiming to build a successful career and be a part of a Professional Team with lots of opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Achieving or exceeding budgeted goals in sales, profit and occupancy for the total hotel
• Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing assigned monthly booking /sales quotas in the assigned market; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing services.
• Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, maximizing business relationships.
• Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
• Responsible for development of a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization’s presence throughout Azerbaijan Republic.
• Develop the annual marketing plan, and sales promotion program plans. Prepare and execute promotional campaigns.
• Represent hotels at meetings to promote services/products and attract new corporate clients/guests.
• Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures.
• Understands the importance of strategically placing business inside the hotel to maximize overall revenue while maintaining positive, professional relationships with customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in sales field in health/ hospitality sector
• University Degree;
• Excellent knowledge of Azeri, English and Russian languages;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications;
• Exceptional communications and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to motivate others and inspire them to work with dedication;
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements;
• Driving license is a must;
• Willing to have active working schedule and travel within Baku.
