Qalaatı Hotel & Spa is a medical and recreational resort complex with new and unique architectural style and a format of rest, just 120 kilometers from Baku, in Shabran region. The complex is distinguished from other complexes in Azerbaijan with its unique thermal healing water, modernity and comfort and has 157 superior-class, 16 suites rooms and 3 Villa in various design styles.

Qalaaltı Hotel & Spa in looking for open-minded and energetic SMM Coordinator with diverse talents to join our Sales team at Qalaaltı Hotel & Spa.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video, etc.) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
• Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
• Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
• Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
• Coordinate events, taking orders, communicating with companies, recording all requests etc.
• Works across a variety of products, including print and digital advertising, promotion and marketing.
• Develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts.

Qualifications:

• Excellent Computer skills - MS Office, Adobe Illustrator, In Design and Photoshop;
• Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing) and processes
• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
• Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
• Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
• Positive attitude, detail and guest oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, Russian
• Hotel experience preferred
• Fast learner, team player.
