JOB SUMMARY:

The Candidate will be mainly responsible for verifying Cost estimates and Change Orders of EPC Contractor. The Person will also be involved in preparation of the various estimates required to support Company’s Bidding actives with Further Follow up in evaluating of received proposals 

JOB DUTIES

• Prepare Time cost and Material Estimates
• Check and Verify Contractors Estimate and ability to Prepare counter estimates
• Assess cost effectiveness of projects or services
• Develop and Maintain Cost Database
• Prepare estimates and provide evaluation support for use in selecting vendors or subcontractors
• To provide estimating support to the review of EPC Contractors change orders including clarification, verification and challenge of the information provided

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong technical background
• Strong understanding of International Estimating Standards
• Understanding Local Market
• Good Reporting and Computer skills
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English
• Ability to travel in a short notice

Education and experience
• University degree in related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as an Estimator in Civil and Structural, Piping and E/I
