About company:

“Hayat Pharm” is a long-term complex project, which is directed towards ensuring of drugs safety of Azerbaijan, decreasing of dependence on imports, and development of export potential, improvement of drugs affordability and quality.

We are currently looking for experienced candidate to fulfill Marketing Manager position.

Job Title: Marketing Manager

Required Background, Skills and Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Business, Computer Science, Marketing or similar discipline)
• Minimum 3 years of managerial work experience in Marketing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Fluent in English, Russian and Azeri.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferable
• Good communication, presentation and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to these challenges
• Proven experience of working to and understanding key marketing and PR disciplines, plans and strategies
• Strong experience in the development and management of  brands
• Ability to travel

Job responsibilities:

• Develop, design, implement, and facilitate a marketing plan
• Managing work with media and suppliers
• Provide marketing researches
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies.
• Manage marketing budgets
• To play an active leadership role and be a key member of the Leadership Team
• Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
• Promote and support all marketing and PR activities including special events and exhibitions.
• To review, manage and develop the relationship with agencies and business functions to meet business objectives

Work schedule:

Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00. Saturday and Sunday, national holidays and mourning day are non-working days
