About company:

“Hayat Pharm” is a long-term complex project, which is directed towards ensuring of drugs safety of Azerbaijan, decreasing of dependence on imports, and development of export potential, improvement of drugs affordability and quality.

We are currently looking for experienced candidate to fulfill Commercial Director position.

Job Title: Commercial Director

Required Background, Skills and Knowledge:

• Strong commercial and marketing experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
• In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis
• Proven experience as commercial director or other relevant role
• Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent skills in strategic and operational planning
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong data-analysis skills

Job responsibilities:

• Determines the Company’s Commercial plan
• Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth
• Directly influence new product strategy by integrating research, competitive intelligence and analytics into short and long term brand goals
• Execute and measure the recommended route to market
• To measure, follow up and to evaluate sales and marketing results
• To look for new key customers and maintain relationship with them and to participate in key customers’ activities
• To maintain good relationship with business partners, decision makers and authorities
• To ensure that the company actions are within the limits of laws and regulations
• Initiate and implement innovative and profitable business development projects to attract additional revenue and develop competitive advantage in the market;
• Grow, monitor and motivate distributors and alternative channel and business development project partners to support increase of company product availability in the market;
• Provides direction, manages and develops the commercial and marketing team members.
• Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management

Work schedule:

Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00. Saturday and Sunday, national holidays and mourning day are non-working days
