ATL Electronics – specializes in sales of electronics and encompasses the network of more than 60 dealers in Azerbaijan. In ATL Electronics, our objective is not only concerned with the sales of goods but rather create opportunity for our dealers to achieve rapid and sustainable growth by supporting them with trainings, setting appropriate pricing strategies and providing marketing assistance.
Today we are looking for a successful candidate to fill in the position of Commercial Director of Online Store.
Role and Main responsibilities:
• Develop and implement commercial strategies according to goals and objectives aiming to online sales growth
• Collaborate with Sales & Delivery Units
• Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring of online store
• Control and developing of store business processes
• Prepare reports for senior management
• Work and controlling of online store admin panel
• Monitoring and performance of commercial activities
Required skills, qualifications and competences:
• Proven experience as commercial director or other relevant role
• Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients
• In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis
• Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
• Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in Azeri and Russian
• Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Required education and work experience:
• Minimum bachelor degree in economics/finance/business administration field.
• Experience in IT & Finance projects will be an advantage
