IT Digital Security Specialist
• Responsible for providing General IT support for Company’s ICSS Control system’s including all aspects of digital security, as detailed in ICSS Process Control Digital Security Technical Guideline Document 3BGB 000812, relating to the existing PCS, ESD, F&G systems and allied equipment installed on operating processes;
• Ensuring that engineering changes are in accordance with client’s and Company standards;
• Interfacing with Customers at various levels to understand the detailed work requirements and to update the Customer as appropriate;
• Carry out maintenance and engineering changes in accordance with client’s and Company standards and change control procedures;
• Active interfacing with other members of the Customer Support team and providing feedback for continuous improvement;
• Assist with Factory acceptance tests;
• To ensure that safe working practices are followed
• Emergency response to IT and Virus detection incidents
• Responsible for the Regions Digital Security Policy ensuring all aspects of Company’s GP-3060 are adhered to.
• Preparation and testing of all Microsoft security patches and Hot Fixes
• Digital security audits, ensuring all Caspian assets are up to date with latest patches and antivirus updates
• Support assets engineers with IT and Digital security issues, including Network management and integrity
• Assist with planning implementation of rollups and upgrades of the ICSS 800xA system
• Maintaining the integrity of the ARMOR room system, ensuring all servers patches and licences are up to date
• Maintain Healthcare procedures, Process Control Digital Security Framework, Password Policy, System Backup and Restore
• Responsible for IT related FEQ’s
