Operations Manager (Shamakha)
Responsibilities:
• Managing and ensuring the effective operation of the Hotel in accordance with the standards of the network , taking into account the current situation ;
• Providing round the clock work of all departments hotels, housekeeping , administration , operations , personnel and administrative decision issues;
• Achievement of the planned financial results, the implementation of sales plan of additional services - monthly monitoring over the implementation of the targets of the budget revenue and expenditure , the analysis of sales performance in each area , proposing to increase the rate of return ;
• Provide management and timely reporting of results established the economic activities of the hotel, taxes and fees;
• Willingness to work within the established standards ;
• leadership development in the implementation of web standards and control of all services of the Hotel on compliance with these standards the network;
• Control of budgeting for the next year and the budget for the implementation of the protection directions of Hotel;
Qualifications:
• Bachelor/Master Degree in Hospitality is a plus
• Must have experience at the similar position (Operations Manager/General Manager/Director) in hospitality sphere
