Job Responsibilities:

•        Acting as representatives of the company, in cooperation with banks, investors, financial advisors.
•        Provides the formation in accordance with the strategy of development of the company's annual financial plans and monitors their execution based on a comparison of actual and planned figures.
•        Ensures the formation of sales plans, defines the normative indicators expenses in the cost structure and control their execution.
•        Provides strategic and current analysis of profitability / efficiency of the company's operations as a whole and for individual structural units and cost management company in order to minimize them.
•        Provides funds for the execution of the sufficiency of current liabilities of the company.
•        Provides funds for the execution of current liabilities of the company.
•        Generates an optimal scheme of financial flows in the company, provides internal control over cash flows of the company and the concentration of financial resources and receipt of funds from debtors and execution of the company's obligations to its creditors.
•        Provides the company long-term and short-term borrowings and capital resources necessary for the conduct of operations.
•        Organize audit of the company and its business units in accordance with applicable laws and management needs.
•        Organizes based on the company's strategy elaboration a comprehensive investment program and its inclusion in the budget of the company. Coordinates recruitment programs, training and professional development of the financial department staff.
 
Requirements:
 
•        Bachelors degree in Finance or Business Administration
•        ACCA Diploma, DipİFR 
•        5 years of experience in CFO or similar position
•        Proficiency in MS Office.
•        Advanced written and oral communication skills in Azeri and English.
