Chemical/Fertilizer Manager 

Gilan Agricultural Group is looking to recruit an experienced Chemical/Fertilizer Manager to join our highly professional team. Reporting to the Agriculture Engineer, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Providing and mentoring laboratory testing process/analysis in Agriculture group;
• Responsible for creating custom fertilizer blends in the batch plants;
• Oversee repair, maintenance and safety issues on all tank farm equipment;
• Oversee random sampling for fertilizer analysis accuracy;
• Assist with deliveries of chemicals & fertilizers as needed;
• Conduct educational programs that provide team members with information that can help them improve agricultural productivity;
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance;
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in Chemical/Fertilizer fields with substantial knowledge in Agriculture.
• University Degree (Chemistry/Biology or Agriculture or related).
• Exceptional communications and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and logical thought processes, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues/problems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications, including but not limited to PowerPoint and other graphics and/or presentation software.
• Language Skills: Azeri - Native, English – Intermediate and Russian - Advanced.
