Gilan Agricultural Group is looking to recruit no less than 3 years experienced Training & Development Specialist to join our highly professional team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for organizing and managing the Training & Development process in Agricultural group;
• Creating and establishing new and appropriate Training & Development System inside the group;
• Plan, conduct, and administer programs that train employees and improve their skills and knowledge;
• Work with Human Resources department and Training & Development team to identify and prioritize talent development needs;
• Identify training and development needs within the Group through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with Department members;
• Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure they are current and effective;
• Review training materials from a variety of vendors and choose appropriate materials;
• Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers;
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in Organizational Management, Training & Development or HR fields.
• University Degree (Management, Business, HR or related),
• Agricultural field work experience is a strong plus,
• Strong communications (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Skill in observation, motivating, coaching and providing feedback to associates.
• Strong analytical skills and logical thought processes, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues/problems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications, including but not limited to PowerPoint and other graphics and/or presentation software.
• Excellent knowledge of Azeri, English and Russian languages.
