Junior Procurement Specialist

“John Deere"- agricultural machinery and corresponding spare parts.
“MACK Trucks, Inc." - heavy-duty off-road trucks, mixer trucks, tractor trailers ;
“VOLVO Construction Equipment" - Mining, road building technics and spare parts;
“VOLVO Trucks" - heavy-duty off-road trucks, mixer trucks, tractor trailers ;
“ASTEC Aggregate & Mining Group" - stationary and portable crushing plants ;
“ASTEC Asphalt Group" - stationary and portable asphalt facilities, and soil remediation equipment;
“ASTEC Underground, Inc." - boring machines, directional drills, rock trenchers, road miners etc.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Creating and controlling all purchase requests
• Filling procurement’s administrative files and systems
• Checking prices (old ws new)
• Organizing to buy some office electronic materials
• Compiling the documents accoring to the price given by Purchasing Specialist, get them signed and delivered to finance department
• Collecting and return money from finance and managing it
• Organizing materials for warehouse receipt
• Renting techniques(forklifts, crains etc.) for regions and also for Head office
• Creating service requests for regions and organizing with finance
• Organizing diesel with transport department for office also trucks in yard.
