HR/Recruiter
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a streamlined recruiting strategy to support Company’s rapid growth and need to attract and retain high performing individual contributors.
• Manage the internal and external recruitment processes using a variety of sources (i.e. internet advertising, job fairs, direct sourcing, and other techniques that prove successful)
• Work closely with Managing Directors to assess their needs and determine successful candidate profiles
• Generate weekly staffing reports, while adhering to all staffing deadlines as defined by the Managers
Requirements
• Must be bilingual speaking English, Azeri and Turkish would be plus
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management
• Minimum 3+ years Recruitment experience in Human Recourses positions
• Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Must have the ability to organize and prioritize multiple assignments
• Must possess Microsoft Office skills with heavy emphasis on Microsoft Excel
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Must represent the company in a professional and enthusiastic manner
• Must excellent oral and written communication skills.
Salary: 700 AZN Net
