Responsibilities:
Management and systematization of the operational activity of dining places/ fast-foods.
Planning and budgeting of the activity of places.
Concept developing, designing of all necessary documents.
Selection and training of personnel.
Solution of all administrative- organizational issues related with the functioning of premises.
Marketing of selling points for improvement of sale process.
Cooperation with suppliers.
Planning and organization of the staff work at points.
Organization trainings for staff with the purpose of service improvement.
Price monitoring within the city, drawing up monthly income plans.
Performance Report.
Desired Skills & Experience:
5+ years’ experience as a Food Service Manager
Prior experience in a leadership position
College or University degree
