Market Research Analyst

QAYA REAL ESTATE is looking to recruit an experienced Market Research Analyst to join our highly professional team.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze data on target and client demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting service demand;
• Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text. Measure and assess customer satisfaction;
• Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data;
• Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies;
• Gather data on competitors and analyze their fee structures, services lines, and method of marketing and distribution;
• Monitor various Commercial Real Estate software programs by region, transaction, and relevant industry statistics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field;
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience and 1-2 years of relevant research experience;
• Fluency in Azeri, English and Russian;
• Proficient user of MS office programs;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills;
• Experience writing reports and presenting information to a variety of audiences.
