QAYA REAL ESTATE is looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Manager to join our highly professional team.

Responsibilities:

• Visiting shell and core buildings, apartments, exclusive sale properties creating layouts for the website;
• Designing booklets, catalogues etc. for VIP clients and exclusive sales;
• Prepare architecture design based on design requirements;
• Participate in team meetings to coordinate design options and ideas;
• Brainstorm creative design plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in related field;
• Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in architecture/design field;
• Fluent in Azeri, intermediate knowledge of English and Russian languages is an advantage;
• Proficient user of MS office and Archicad, 3D Max, AutoCAD programs.
